1. Fourteen-day money-back guarantee
You may request a full refund for any paid Libranary tier within fourteen calendar days of the date of purchase. The same guarantee applies to a renewal charge if your tier renews.
The guarantee is unconditional. You may request a refund even if Libranary worked as described, and you do not need to explain why you changed your mind.
2. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] before the fourteen-day period ends. Include your purchase email and, if available, the receipt or transaction number. We use this information only to locate and verify the charge.
Your request is on time if you send the email before the deadline, even if we reply later.
3. What happens after a refund
We will refund the eligible amount to the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after receiving the request. Your bank, card issuer, marketplace, or payment processor may need additional time to show the credit.
A refund ends the license or paid access associated with the refunded charge. We may deactivate the license key and its device activations when we issue the refund.
4. Marketplace and reseller purchases
The guarantee covers every paid Libranary tier. If an app marketplace or authorized reseller processed your payment, its systems may require you to submit the request through that seller. Contact us if you are unsure where to request the refund, and we will point you to the available process.
5. Duplicate and unauthorized charges
Contact us promptly if you see a duplicate charge or believe someone used your payment method without permission. We will investigate with the payment processor. These reports are not limited by our fourteen-day guarantee when applicable law or payment network rules provide additional protection.
6. Statutory consumer rights
This policy gives you a commercial money-back guarantee in addition to your legal rights. Some countries provide a longer withdrawal period, remedies for non-conforming digital products, or other rights that a policy cannot waive. Where those laws apply, Libranary will honor them even after the fourteen-day guarantee ends.
7. Policy changes
We may update this policy for future purchases. The policy in effect when you paid will govern that charge unless a later version gives you better terms or applicable law requires otherwise. We will publish changes on this page and update the date above.
